Review before import
Every imported eBay transaction lands in a pending queue. You decide what gets booked into your accounting records. Vuuv never edits your books without your approval.
Not another sales analytics dashboard. A bookkeeping and tax platform built for the IRS.
Sales, fees, refunds, and payouts import from eBay's Managed Payments feed and categorize automatically. No CSV exports to reconcile.
Generate your full Schedule C with every eBay expense on the correct IRS line. File it yourself or hand it to your CPA.
Track contractor payments throughout the year. At tax time, generate 1099-NEC forms in IRS FIRE format plus recipient PDFs.
One PDF with Schedule C, depreciation schedule, mileage log, balance sheet, and a full audit trail. Ready for your accountant.
Every transaction, category change, and edit is timestamped and preserved for IRS compliance. If you are ever audited, the paper trail is built.
Run eBay alongside Amazon, your bank, and credit card accounts. One unified ledger, separate books per business.
Start a transaction on your phone at the warehouse, finish it on your laptop at home. Real-time Firestore sync keeps every device current.
We only request finance, fulfillment, and account read scopes. No buyer email addresses, no phone numbers, no PII we do not need.
Trigger a fresh sync any time from the eBay page. Vuuv also pulls the latest transactions automatically when you open the app.
Minimum OAuth scopes
Vuuv requests only sell.finances, sell.fulfillment.readonly, and sell.account.readonly. We do not request any PII-restricted scopes.
No buyer PII
We do not read buyer email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable order information. We only see financial amounts and order IDs.
Disconnect and delete
Revoke Vuuv from your eBay account settings at any time, or click Disconnect inside Vuuv to delete all tokens and synced data in one step.
Vuuv uses eBay's official OAuth 2.0 and the Finances API. You authorize Vuuv once on eBay, and eBay issues us a secure refresh token tied to your seller account. We never ask for your eBay password. You can revoke access at any time from your eBay account settings under Apps you have connected, or disconnect from within Vuuv.
Vuuv requests the sell.finances, sell.fulfillment.readonly, and sell.account.readonly scopes. That means we can read your financial transactions (sales, final value fees, insertion fees, store subscription fees, shipping labels, refunds, disputes, adjustments, and payouts) and read-only order summaries. We do not access buyer email addresses, phone numbers, or any restricted personally identifiable information.
Yes. eBay moved all sellers to Managed Payments, and the Finances API is the system that powers it. Every order-level transaction (sale, fee, refund, shipping cost) and every payout to your bank flows through Vuuv automatically, so you can reconcile eBay deposits to your bank without spreadsheets.
Vuuv supports US-based sellers connecting any marketplace that pays out through eBay Managed Payments (eBay.com, eBay.co.uk, eBay.de, eBay.com.au, and others). Financial transactions come back in the currency of the marketplace, and Vuuv preserves that currency on the transaction so your Schedule C reflects what actually hit your account.
Vuuv replaces QuickBooks for most eBay sellers. Vuuv imports every eBay financial transaction natively and maps it to the correct Schedule C line, so you skip the extra tooling and the category wrangling. Vuuv does not replace your CPA. Most of our sellers keep their CPA and hand over the year-end tax packet Vuuv generates at filing time.
Vuuv pulls the latest eBay financial transactions on demand from the eBay page, and it automatically syncs when you open the app. A full backfill runs when you first connect. You can trigger a manual sync at any time from the eBay page.
