Against Stessa
Your rentals and your freelance work finally live in the same ledger.

Vuuv does the sorting
Every transaction lands already categorized for tax. Receipts attach themselves to the right charge. Miles log quietly in the background while you drive.
You approve, not type
Skim the week's activity, fix the rare miss, done. Most people spend under ten minutes a week in here. That is the whole job now.
Built around how you actually work.
Your deductions are mostly small and mostly forgettable. Vuuv's job is to forget none of them.
- Schedule C stays current all year, not just in April
- Every drive logged at the 72.5 cent IRS rate
- 1099 income tracked client by client
- Quarterly estimate numbers when you need them
People switch for a reason.
“I was using Stessa, MileIQ, and WorkingHours just to manage my properties. Vuuv does all of it for $12 and it's easier to use.”
“I'm running 4 jobs at once. With Vuuv's Projects feature it's easier to stay organized and I can see everything in real time.”
“I run multiple eBay seller accounts and Vuuv pulls all my sales data automatically. I just review and approve. No more exporting CSVs.”
It pays for itself. Here is the arithmetic.

Questions people actually ask.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Bank connections run through Plaid and are read-only, so Vuuv can see transactions but never move money. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Can I import my data from other software?
Yes. You can bring transactions, customers, and vendors over by CSV from QuickBooks, Wave, Stessa, or a plain spreadsheet. Once your bank is connected, history fills in from there.
How does the automatic mileage tracking work?
Your phone detects when you start driving and logs the trip in the background, using the same GPS approach as dedicated mileage apps. Afterward you swipe to mark it business or personal, and the IRS-compliant log builds itself.
How do online payments and rent collection work?
Payments run on Stripe. Customers can pay invoices by card or ACH, and tenants can put rent on autopay so it arrives on the first without anyone sending a reminder text.
What reports can I generate?
Schedule C, Schedule E, profit and loss, 1099-NEC, a mileage log, and a receipts bundle. The tax reports are built for U.S. filers, so the numbers land on the lines your preparer expects.
Can my accountant see my books?
Yes. Add them as a team member, or export everything they need at year end. Either way, no more shoeboxes changing hands in March.
Is the Plus plan really free?
Really free. One business, 50 transactions a month, and Schedule C and E reports, with no card on file and no trial clock. If you outgrow it, Pro is a dollar a month for your first three months.
